Unified Customer Service: Connecting Every Channel, Team, and Conversation

01
A connected view changes the service experience
When customer requests live in spreadsheets, service teams work in silos, and agents switch between applications to find what they need, every interaction takes longer than it should. Unifying customer service changes that.
At Novabiz, we believe great customer service starts with a single, connected view: one platform, every channel, and the information agents need at the moment they need it.

Our approach
One Platform for Every Team
We bring contact center and customer service teams onto a single platform, so every case and resolution is visible in one place.
Every Channel, Connected
We support customers across voice, email, WhatsApp, and chat from one place, instead of channels that operate on their own.
The Right Information, in Context
We integrate core systems, such as telephony and booking platforms, so agents do not have to switch between applications.
Automation Where It Counts
We automate case creation, routing, categorization, and SLA driven workflows to reduce manual effort.
Listening to Customers
We build feedback, such as NPS surveys, and automated customer communications into the service experience.

In practice: a leading low cost airline in the Middle East
A leading low cost airline in the Middle East, serving millions of passengers annually across regional and international destinations, set out to modernize its customer service operations as part of its customer experience transformation journey. Customer requests were managed through spreadsheets, contact center and service teams operated in silos, and agents switched between applications to access PNR details and booking amendments.
We implemented Salesforce Service Cloud (Field Service Plus), integrating Avaya CTI, Navitaire, Litmus, and PhoneOn to deliver a unified support experience across voice, email, WhatsApp, and chatbot channels.
04
Why it matters
Happy customers start with empowered agents. When agents have real time visibility into every passenger and every case, they resolve more requests on first contact, respond within SLAs, and spend less time on manual work. For the airline, that meant a 25% increase in first contact resolution and a 20% improvement in customer satisfaction.
